Flaggers directed morning traffic through a work zone on Highway 50 at High Street in Tipton Thursday morning, Aug. 13. City of Tipton and Missouri Department of Transportation workers who arrived on the scene at about 6 a.m. went to work early, pouring concrete to patch the roadway damaged in repairs to a break in a water main Saturday, Aug. 8.
