Moniteau County Courthouse  Masonry Repair Tuckpointing and Sealing

   Sealed bids will be received by the Moniteau County commissioners at the office of the Moniteau County Commission, 200 East Main Street, California, Missouri 65018, until 10 a.m. on September 17, 2024, and then immediately opened and publicly read aloud.

  Drawings, specifications and other related contract information may be obtained by contacting Westhues Architecture. Email Westhues Architecture, eric@ ericwesthues.com to request the project documents. If paper copies are desired, it is the responsibility of the user to print the files or have them printed.

   A prebid meeting will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday, September 5, 2024. A site walk-through will be held following the prebid meeting.

    The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities in bids and to reject any and all bids.

Such six-month period and such two-month period do not extend the limitation period that would bar claims one year after decedent’s death, as provided in Section 473.444, RSMo, or any other applicable limitation periods. Nothing in Section 473.033, RSMo, shall be construed to bar any action against a decedent’s liability insurance carrier through a defendant ad litem pursuant to Section 537.021, RSMo.
